Welcome to K.H Mobile Massage & Pamper Events. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any of our services. These terms outline important information regarding your bookings, cancellations, and overall experience with us.
Booking and deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your pamper party date. This can be paid via bank transfer. Upon receiving your booking form, we will send you deposit payment details via text or email to provisionally book your date. Until a deposit payment is received, your party will not be booked, and the date remains available for another party. Once we receive your deposit we will confirm your details, the balance and then look forward to your event.
Cancellations and travel
If we have to travel over 30 minutes or 10 miles from our base in Ashford, Kent, you will receive a travel charge, which will be quoted to you upon booking.
For cancellations made within 48 hours, you will lose your deposit. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will result in you being charged in full for the appointment.
Data protection and privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. All customer data is kept secure and handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Parking and accessibility
We will require free parking directly outside your home or venue. If there are parking charges, these must be prepaid by the client. If a permit is required, please have this ready for our arrival. We cannot park far from your venue when we have heavy equipment to set up. Please bear this in mind when booking.
